1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the BB Dazzle website (www.bbdazzle.com). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
BB Dazzle reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
2. Ordering
All orders are placed online via our website.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to make a purchase.
Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of errors in pricing, stock, or payment authorization issues.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT (if applicable).
We accept secure payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna.
The full amount must be paid at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are delivered via Posti.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time is 2–6 business days depending on the destination within Finland.
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
BB Dazzle is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers or customs.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Return Period
You may return any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
The original product packaging (e.g., shoe box) must not be damaged, taped, or written on.
Returns must be registered through our return portal and dropped off at Posti using the provided return code.
Return Fees
Return shipping is free for the first return of an order.
A €4.90 fee may apply for additional returns of the same order or uncollected packages.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and process the returned item.
If you paid by invoice and haven’t paid yet, the invoice will be voided or corrected.
If you already paid the invoice, contact the payment provider for your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@bbdazzle.com with your order number. Once the order is shipped, our standard return process will apply.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order at support@bbdazzle.com with clear photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for valid claims.
8. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and sizing information. However, due to screen settings and manufacturing variations, slight differences may occur. BB Dazzle is not liable for minor variations in product appearance.
9. Limitation of Liability
BB Dazzle is not responsible for any indirect damages that may result from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be handled by the relevant consumer protection authorities or courts in Finland.
