Order Returns & Exchanges

Returns Made Easy with Posti

At BB Dazzle, we want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t quite right, you can easily return your item through Posti.


How to Return

Since we don’t have a physical store, all returns must be made by post. To ensure smooth processing:

  1. Register Your Return
    Contact us at [support@bbdazzle.com] to register your return and receive your return instructions and shipping label.

  2. Package Properly
    Please pack your item securely. Do not tape or glue anything directly onto the original product packaging (e.g., a shoe box). Place it in a protective outer package or bag.

  3. Send via Posti
    Drop off the parcel at your nearest Posti location. Use the return label provided. Keep your receipt/tracking ID until your return is confirmed.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size, color, or item:

  • Return the original item as outlined above.

  • Place a new order for the item you prefer.

This ensures quick processing and avoids any delay in getting your new item.


Refunds

Refunds are always issued using the same payment method you used at checkout.

  • You’ll receive your refund within 5–14 business days after we receive your returned product.

  • If you paid with a gift card or discount code, that value will be reissued as store credit.


Return Window

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

  • Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Products with visible signs of wear or missing labels are not eligible for a refund.


Exclusions

You cannot return or exchange:

  • Used items or those without original tags

  • Personalized items (e.g., monogrammed pieces)

  • Products that have been visibly altered or damaged by the customer


Complaints & Faulty Items

Received a damaged or faulty product?

  1. Contact us as soon as possible at [support@bbdazzle.com]

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll cover return costs and issue a refund or replacement.

We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.


Uncollected Orders

Uncollected orders returned to us by Posti are subject to a €4.90 handling fee, deducted from your refund.
