We currently deliver to all areas within mainland Finland (excluding Åland Islands). Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this to follow your package’s journey to your selected delivery point or home.

Delivery Options

We offer fast, secure, and reliable delivery through Posti:

Delivery to Parcel Locker, Pickup point.

• Delivered to your nearest Posti pickup point or parcel locker

• Select your preferred pickup point or parcel locker when checkout. 

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Southern & Central Finland: 2–4 business days

  • Northern Finland & Lapland: 4–11 business days

• Delivery Fee:

  • Free for orders over €100

  • €6 for orders under €100

You’ll receive a notification via SMS, email, and the OmaPosti app when your package is ready for collection.
Packages are stored for 7 days at the pickup location.

Posti Home Delivery 

Home delivery also handled by Posti, they’ll contact and arrange your home delivery. but you have to select home delivery method at checkout.

Unclaimed Packages

If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected in time, a €20 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

This fee applies only if:

• Delivery was made within the promised timeframe.

• The parcel was available for the standard 7-day collection period.

• Notifications were successfully sent to your provided contact details.

Make sure your email and phone number are correct when placing your order to avoid unnecessary charges.
